What Patients Can Expect

Before the first consultation, you will receive a health and nutrition questionnaire to complete. An initial consultation typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, and in this time I will ask detailed questions such as:current health concernssymptomsdiagnosis and treatmentmedical historyfamily historylifestylelevels of physical activityuse of medication and supplementsdietFrom this a dietary programme will be devised for you and potential supplements and functional tests may be recommended also.Follow up consultations are generally after four weeks in order to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments.
