Returns & Refunds Policy (60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee)

We want you to be delighted with every purchase from Longevity Box. If you’re not, you’re covered by our 60‑day money‑back guarantee (and this policy doesn’t affect your legal rights).

What you can return

  • Unopened products: eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened products and partially used products within the 60 days: eligible for a full refund.
  • Faulty / incorrect items: eligible for a refund (and we’ll put it right fast).

 

How to request a return (step-by-step)

  1. Email CustomerService@LongevityBox.co.uk with:
    • Full name
    • Address
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  2. If your order is eligible, we’ll send you:
    • A return authorisation (so we can match parcels to orders)
    • The correct return address (we don’t publish this on the site)

Return timeframes

  • Please contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Once approved, please send the item back within 30 days.

Refund timeframes

  • Once we receive your return, we issue your refund within 2 working days.
  • Your bank/payment provider can take a further 2–3 working days to show the funds in your account.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method (card or PayPal).

Return postage & delivery charges

  • You’re responsible for return postage costs, unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty.
  • We don’t refund delivery charges you paid to receive the order.

 


Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch (fastest option)

You can cancel your order any time before your goods are shipped from our fulfilment centre. To cancel, email CustomerService@LongevityBox.co.uk with your order number.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order has left our fulfilment centre, it’s with the courier and we can’t intercept parcels en route.

If you still don’t want the order, we can arrange a return after delivery

Cancelling after delivery (cooling‑off rights)

If you’re cancelling after delivery under UK distance selling / consumer contract rules, you can cancel within the statutory window (and return the goods) provided items are unopened and in resalable condition.
