These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Longevity Box) to you on the LongevityBox.co.uk website. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Longevity Box and you the customer. Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Longevity Box products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
General
Items sold by Longevity Box are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Warwickshire, the United Kingdom. All purchases made by you are completed and performed in the UK and UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.
Our Contract
When you place an order on our website to purchase goods from us, this constitutes an "Offer to Buy" from you.
Our “Order Confirmation” emails are to confirm that we have received your “Offer to Buy”. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order based on these.
We accept this order when we send you an "Order Shipment" email confirming that we have dispatched the goods you have ordered from us. That acceptance will be deemed to be complete and communicated to you at the time we send the Shipment email, whether you receive that email or not.
Free Gifts
Free gifts offered with subscriptions are subject to availability and suitable alternatives may be provided if stocks run out. Minimum spend requirements must be met if applicable.

PriceMatch
In order to uphold our "Lowest Price in the UK" guarantee, we promise to refund you the difference plus 10% if you have bought a product from us and have then found an identical product cheaper elsewhere. Please review the following conditions below to confirm the eligibility of the price match. We ask that you kindly ensure that the competing product fulfils each of the following conditions before proceeding with a "PriceMatch Plus 10%" claim.
Products are of the SAME STRENGTH
Price matches cannot be carried out on products of a different specification or ingredient
UK or Channel Islands Based
The price match company must be UK or Channel Island registered and the product must be manufactured in the UK.

Import Duty and VAT

Payment
We'll send you an invoice/ delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to request that we receive payment from you before we supply any products to you.
Ownership and Title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in Peterborough. All sales are ex-works. This means that the sale is completed in the UK and all goods remain in the Channel Islands before any sales transactions are conducted.
Electronic Communications
When you transact with Longevity Box or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the LongevityBox.co.uk website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Any unopened items returned within 30 days of the date of delivery will qualify for a no quibble refund or exchange. Products must be returned to the dispatch warehouse.
We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds will be given on products that have been opened, or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
At Longevity Box we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, in the event that you wish to cancel your order, under the United Kingdom distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 7 working days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been used.

Goods must then be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund for your order.
