What Patients Can Expect

I prefer to have an exploratory call with clients prior to the initial appointment to ensure I van meet your expectations. You will then be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to the initial appointment which will last approx. 90 minutes. The aim is to build a picture of your medical and health background with a view to addressing your health and wellbeing issues. Working together, you will then be provided with a collaborative, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. This plan is to support your main concerns, keeping you at the centre at all times using a functional medicine approach.Supplementation, Functional Testing, recipes, lifestyle guidance and naturopathic practices may be used to support your needs.
