I am a degree-qualified nutritional therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I aim to help clients with a broad range of health conditions. These include digestive complaints such as IBS and SIBO, fertility or hormonal irregularities, depression, anxiety and autoimmune conditions, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis. Please see the list below. I see clients on a one-to-one basis, in person or via Skype.

What Patients Can Expect
I work with my clients over several consultations. After an initial session which includes a detailed medical history and engaging with my client to devise the best plan forward, my client receives a comprehensive report and has ongoing phone and e-mail support between consultations. My protocols are unique to each client and if so preferred, I contact my client's GP and/or other healthcare professionals involved in my client's care
