I’m a registered nutritional therapist offering evidence based nutritional therapy and coaching. I specialise in supporting women overcome food relationship disorders, which covers a range of concerns including chronic dieting, weight issues, obesity, emotional eating, disordered eating and eating disorders.I’ve trained with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford, two leading institutes in this field. This enables me to provide a specialist and personalised approach, which combines nutritional, behavioural and psychological interventions.
