What Patients Can Expect

Before you attend your initial appointment, I will have sent you an in-depth questionnaire to be completed and returned beforehand. During your appointment, lasts approximately 1.5 hours, I review your health using my Nutritional Therapist, Lifestyle and Environmental knowledge, using a functional medicine approach.You are then sent a personalised Nutrition Plan, which includes appropriate food, drinks, herbs and dependent on your health – vitamins, minerals, supplements as well as Lifestyle support i.e. sleep and Environmental factors i.e. reducing toxic load.Also dependent on your plan may include detailed documents i.e. foods/drinks to eliminate/reduce or eat more of; detox; recipes; cookbook titles; food preparation methods etc.
