Infomation

I work with you to find your optimal expression of health, focusing on the body, mind and spirit to support you on your path. In addition to optimising nutrition, I explore how your history plays a role in your present state of health. As an NHS Consultant Rheumatologist, I have particular expertise in autoimmune conditions but I am happy to review people with many other chronic health conditions, as I have been dual trained in General Medicine and Rheumatology. In an effort to help manage the effects of chronic stress on illness, I am also a certified biodynamic craniosacral therapist and find this integrative approach very effective for healing. I am based in Exeter but do see patients at a secondary location in London.
