Hi, I'm Dr. Lolu, an NHS GP licensed in Lifestyle Medicine and trained in Functional Medicine principles. At Parkaletus Living, our mission is to rebuild and restore health and wholeness, using a root-cause approach. If you're struggling with chronic symptoms like bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, IBS, food intolerances, fatigue, brain fog, aches, and pains, and you’ve been told your tests are “normal”, work with me to get to the bottom of things. Using a personalised approach, always starting by addressing foundational lifestyle factors, I will help you start a journey towards better physical and emotional health or to make progress on your journey if you've gotten a bit stuck.

What Patients Can Expect

You can book a NO-CHARGE 15-min initial conversation with me to discuss your health goals and explore whether lifestyle and functional medicine principles could be helpful to you. If you decide to go ahead, our initial consultation will involve getting an in-depth understanding of your health history, in order to identify and address the root causes of your health concerns. This will include a holistic review of nutrition, sleep, stress management, physical activity, and emotional wellbeing. At the end of our session, you will have a bespoke health plan with tailored recommended actions that will put you firmly in the driving seat where your health is concerned.
