Infomation
I offer online & one to one consultations from my London & Hampshire locations. My approach uses the intelligence of nature & science to transform health. Using a detailed health history & supportive functional diagnostic testing I can identify underlying root causes of presenting symptoms or conditions. I work to correct imbalances in the body and to restore and support inherent healing systems allowing a return to health. I have a special interest in gut health specialising in IBS & SIBO. I also work deeply with female health issues. I have a growing interest in mitochondrial health and how personalised nutrition can optimise mitochondrial function in preventing or addressing chronic diseases.
