What Patients Can Expect

I am focused on identifying the root cause(s) of my clients symptoms/conditions and using resources at my disposal to tackle that with the clients goals in mind.Diet and lifestyle will underpin the core of interventions given from my clinic which will include appropriate movements as I have a background in training. I regularly use supplements with my clients. However, nutrition, sleep and movement are likely to form the foundation of the interventions I suggest.Though I utilize testing regularly, I like to try and minimize testing costs by focusing on foundational interventions first based on the clients case history.
