We aim to make delivery as fast and reliable as possible.
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from our UK fulfilment centre.
UK orders up to 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. All UK deliveries are sent using a signed-for service, and a signature may be required on arrival.
International orders are shipped with DHL Express, with delivery charges and free shipping thresholds based on destination.

Dispatch and Delivery Times
All delivery prices are based on the point at which your order is fulfilled and handed to the courier.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during the working week. Please note that our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your parcel has been handed to DHL Express, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours within the UK and internationally.
Returns & Refunds

Returning an Item
To request a return, please contact us at Team@LongevityBox.co.uk and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed that your order is eligible, we will send you a Return Authorisation Number and the relevant returns address.
Inspection and Refunds
After your return has been received, we will carry out an inspection to verify the authenticity of the product. This process may take up to 2 working days.
As soon as your return has been approved, we will issue your refund and confirm this by email. Refunds are made back to your original payment method, including credit or debit card and PayPal payments.
Please allow up to 2-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
