I’ve just turned 62. When I went through menopause between 40-60 I felt old, thought that was it, this is what getting old feels like, always tired, struggling to concentrate on work! I started to try and run in lockdown but it was another 3 years before I managed to run 5k. I was given Professor David Sinclairs book about 2 years ago, Lifespan “Why we age and why we don’t have to. It took some getting into but the amazing facts and research spurred me on with running. I started taking NMN to begin with about a year ago, then added Trans Resveratrol and have now added Hyaluronic acid. I run 5k 3 times a week, I’m now feeling at least 10 years younger, am fitter than I’ve been for years. I believe the combination and running and supplements are the reason for this. I will continue as long as I can, would definitely recommend them and the running, I walked a lot for 2 years!! I was never a runner so I impress myself every time I run, still can’t believe I can do it!! It doesn’t happen overnight but you certainly notice the changes.

Quick delivery and so far so good I bought them for my dry eyes and they seem to be a little more comfortable.
